Being healthy, or in my case getting healthier, is all about balance right? Well then it is with great pleasure I announce that today I have succeeded with a balancing act (of course that success is not really one to brag about). This morning I stopped for petrol and noticed the 500ml V was on special, 2 for $7 - bargain, I purchased. So before the clock struck midday I had consumed 1 whole litre of energy drink - not good, not good at all.
The balance? I've just finished drinking a litre of water and as it's only 1:40 pm I plan to attempt two litres before bed. Of course my bladder is producing pee at an alarming rate right now and this is annoying.
Today I also purchased Michelle Bridge's Journal thingo so that'll start tomorrow (need to read through it tonight so I know what's what) and I discovered that my pedometre is a broken piece of shit, no doubt the fact I only spent $3 on it has something to do with it's effectiveness. My plan is to save up for one of those Gears, you know that attach to my Galaxy phone? Anyways, today was a better day than yesterday and my hopes are that each continues to be better than the last. Less than a week until my first gym adventure - I'm kind of nervous, I'm lazy and afraid of pain!
